To ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and our practice, we have established the following policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Booking and Payment

• All sessions (Hypnotherapy, Reiki Healing, or bundled packages) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Your payment secures your appointment slot and confirms your commitment to the healing process.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services and the preparation involved in tailoring sessions to your unique needs, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances after booking.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”).
• Late arrival resulting in a shortened session.
• Dissatisfaction with the service (we encourage clients to communicate concerns directly to address them constructively).

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice via email (provide email) or phone (provide number).
• Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours): Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee. No exceptions.

4. Non-Transferability

Sessions are personalized to the individual who booked them. They cannot be transferred to another person without prior written consent from Mind Healer Aman.

5. Session Preparedness

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time (for in-person sessions) or are available at the scheduled time (for virtual sessions). Late arrivals will not receive extended time.

6. Exceptions

• Mind Healer Aman reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., practitioner illness, technical issues for virtual sessions). In such rare cases, clients will receive a full rescheduling option or credit.
